《时间里的西西弗斯》聚焦年轻上班族枯燥、循环往复的生活。每天被工作和琐事填满，人们逐渐失去对时间的掌控，成为“时间的傀儡”。敲击木鱼会加快装置循环的速度，但无论如何飞奔，最终仍会回到重复的时间轨道。二十块透明亚克力板构成一天的“生活节点”，垂落的杂乱电线象征有序而又混乱的生活；紫外线照亮隐形墨水后，还会浮现打工人不能说的心声。

《时间里的西西弗斯》由黄娅苗、王鹤蔷、LeeMAX共同创作，是一件聚焦当代年轻人时间困境的互动装置作品。作品以西西弗斯不断推石上山的神话隐喻为起点，将年轻上班族日复一日的工作节奏与生活循环转化为可感知的视觉体验。二十块透明亚克力板构成了一天中的不同生活节点，呈现被工作、任务与琐碎事务填满的时间轨迹。垂落交错的电线象征着看似规律却始终复杂的现代生活状态，观众在观看中感受到时间流逝与自我消耗之间的微妙关系。
Created by Huang Yamiao, Wang Heqiang, and LeeMAX, The Cycle of Time is an interactive installation that examines the repetitive rhythm of contemporary working life. Inspired by the myth of Sisyphus endlessly pushing a stone uphill, the work transforms the daily routines and cycles of young professionals into a tangible visual experience. Twenty transparent acrylic panels represent different moments of an ordinary day, revealing a timeline filled with work, obligations, and fragmented tasks. The tangled hanging wires symbolize a life that appears ordered yet remains complicated, inviting viewers to reflect on the relationship between the passing of time and personal exhaustion.

A Ritual of Repetition
作品以敲击木鱼作为核心交互方式，将观众的行为转化为时间循环的加速机制。当观众敲击木鱼，装置运行的节奏随之提升，原本缓慢重复的生活轨迹被不断加速，仿佛在一次次“积累功德”的过程中，被迫追赶越来越快的时间。然而，无论循环如何加速，最终仍会回到原点，再次进入熟悉而重复的日常。观众通过自身参与成为循环的一部分，在互动过程中体验现代生活中难以逃离的节奏压力与时间困境。
The installation uses the act of striking a wooden fish as its central interaction, transforming the viewer’s action into a mechanism that accelerates the cycle of time. Each strike increases the rhythm of the system, speeding up the repetitive flow of daily life as if one is constantly trying to gain more “merit” while being pushed to move faster. Yet no matter how quickly the cycle progresses, it eventually returns to the same starting point, repeating the familiar routine once again. Through participation, viewers become part of the cycle, experiencing the pressure and persistence of time in contemporary life.

《时间里的西西弗斯》将技术作为连接身体、时间与情绪的媒介，通过互动反馈让隐藏于日常背后的心理状态逐渐显现。作品在画面中融入隐形墨水书写的文字彩蛋，观众使用紫外线笔照亮后，隐藏的信息才会浮现，如同揭开被压抑的内心独白。这些不可见的文字与不断循环的影像共同构成作品的情感层次，使装置不仅呈现时间的机械重复，也关注个体在循环生活中的真实感受。作品在现实与隐喻之间，探讨人与时间、劳动和自我之间的关系。
Hidden Voices Revealed uses technology as a medium connecting body, time, and emotion, allowing the invisible feelings behind everyday routines to gradually emerge. Hidden messages written with invisible ink are embedded within the visual scene, becoming visible only when illuminated with a UV pen, revealing the unspoken thoughts of those caught within repetitive lives. These concealed words, together with the continuous cycles of the installation, create an emotional dimension beyond mechanical repetition. Between reality and metaphor, the work explores the relationship between individuals, time, labor, and the search for personal presence within endless routines.
